1.1 . As per the cancellation and refund policy, refunds will be considered. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In the event of the wrong bank account details provided by you, We Goodluck Taxi will not be liable for any loss and/or damage of any kind.

1.2. GoodLuck Taxi will not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurred during boarding due to a Third-party company driver.

1.3. GoodLuck Taxi reserves the right to withhold the full amount paid by you for booking due to any misconduct or misconduct. physically, verbally or mentally with the driver. GoodLuck Taxi reserves the right to co-operate and/or co-operate with the driver to take legal action against you during the incident.

Cancellation Policy
